BugDigger Browser Add-on

New in v2.0: Send bug reports directly to JIRA with BugDigger plugin, skipping  hosted My BugDigger service.

The BugDigger browser add-on makes bug reporting for web applications fast and simple. It adds the bug reporting button to your browser’s toolbar, so that you’re always ready to act. If you spot a bug on a web site you’re testing (or using), just click the button.

BugDigger browser add-on is currently available for Internet Explorer, Firefox and Google Chrome.

Using with My BugDigger service

By default, the browser add-on is setup to send bug reports to our hosted My BugDigger service. To start using it, check out the getting started guide.

Using with BugDigger for JIRA

To send issue reports to a BugDigger-enabled JIRA open BugDigger menu from your browser’s toolbar and select “BugDigger Servers”:

Specify URL to your JIRA server, optionally provide a descriptive name, click the Add button and close clicking OK:

With multiple BugDigger servers defined, click on the bug reporting button will show the menu where you can select the destination issue tracker for your bug report.

Note: If you remove My BugDigger service from the list of servers and want to re-add it, the server URL to add is: https://my.bugdigger.com
