Licensing and Pricing

We generally follow the same licensing model as JIRA but your BugDigger Plugin license and your JIRA license do NOT have to match.

(*) This license has does not support guest users.

All licenses include complimentary hosts syncing with My BugDigger that makes BugDigger use straight forward for non-technical users and relieves them from browser add-on configuration headaches.

Guest users are included in the total number of users allowed by the license. The guest user counter is reset weekly. For example, if you have BugDigger license for 50 users but have only 30 JIRA users enabled to use BugDigger, you can accept bug reports from 20 different guest users through the week.

BugDigger browser add-on is free for unlimited number of users.

Maintenance

Our software license entitle you to perpetual use, and include 12 months maintenance (updates/support) commencing from the date of purchase. Beyond this initial 12 month period, you may renew your software maintenance for a further 12 months at our discounted renewal prices (50% of the initial license cost). Renewing maintenance is entirely optional.
